| Informo tutti i concittadini che in merito alla risoluzione (the High Board has proposed two variants of resolving the Grunkia-Runic conflict, they are located at the page of the Meeting #9) Promolands ha votato la seconda alternativa che riporto di seguito: Resolution #39 R-21/06/11 -DRAFT II
in connection with the threat of the beginning of armed conflict between the Federal Republic of Grunkia and Runic Empire
1 Establish a moratorium for Grunkia and Runic Empire to carry out any hostile actions against each other Until such time as the dispute lasts
2 Oblige Grunkia to refrain from the use of hostile action on the moratorium period
3 Notify the Runic Empire about abstinence from the use of hostile action on the moratorium period and in cases of violation of the moratorium to read the data of aggression
4 Appoint an authorized representative of the Single Union to determine the true and exact cause of war
5 Instruct Authorized Representative to represent the interests of the Single Union for a peace agreement between warring parties |
