Riporto di seguito la corrsipondenza inviata in data odierna per l'apertura di una trattativa diplomatica finalizzata alla sottoscrizione di un trattato di reciproco riconoscimento, collaborazione ed amicizia con Imperio Destroy.

I, Angell Cherubini, President of Promolands calls for the opening of diplomatic relations with Imperio Destroy for mutual recognition. Promolands was born a short time (28 may 2008) but inside there is a good social activity, economic and political life. The difference, compared to other micronations, can be seen in the projects and ideas.

Con delibera 10° del 26.09.2009 (Uranday 9 Kurosawa 2009) è stato annullato il trattato con Destroy Empire per mancata sottoscrizione dello stesso da parte di Alex I Destroy.
