I, Angell Cherubini, President of Promolands calls for the opening of diplomatic relations with The Kingdom of TorHavn for mutual recognition. The purpose of Promolands is to reach a recognition of the sentiment and micronational culture. More information can be found on the website http://promo.amomu.net/
Promolands was born a short time (28 may 2008) but inside there is a good social activity, economic and political life. The difference, compared to other micronations, can be seen in the projects and ideas.
Mention about our most important developments and diplomatic agreements:

- Stabilization of Promolands Government;
- Start MiCrO_BaZaR Market;
- Registry Office Institution and free-assignation virtual currency (Promocash);
- Embassy Territorial in Amomu;
- Treaty of Mutual Recognition, Friendship and Mutual Cooperation with: Republic of Vitla, Kingdom of Buenos Aires, Cisalpine Republic, Democratic Republic of Vitla, Republic Italica, Neurania, Aerican Empire and Res Public SPQR Roman Republic;

Effective 10-2007: the Viridian Realm has changed its diplomatic policies to more accurately reflect Our attitudes with all other honourable nations. To wit:

Again, We are more than willing to "grow" diplomatic relations that are natural and honourable. "Slo and steady wins the race." Our adoption of the Montevideo Conventions are the basis for this policy.
As regards the use of other languages other than English, which is Our primary language. As a matter of record, TorHavn fully supports the learning of and use of the international auxillary language, Esperanto, and, as time proceeds, getting comfortable with it. We fully encourage your correspondance in it, and look forward to it, in fact.
One question: Are you a member of the Fifth World, or do you simply use some of their inventions? We are quite familiar with the ILI, We are familiar with Mr. Tallini, and the Fifth World in general, and therefore curious.

Promolands is among the nations of Amomu. Promolands has adopted the Cesidian Calendar and time expressed in bits for enhanced characterization of its culture and its traditions. Promolands is starting to interest about the auxiliary language called "Interlingua" because we believe to it as an universal language and easy to understand. Currently, Promolands has any claim territorial. In its virtual form, or aterritorial, it refers to the Jus Cerebro Electronica (known to Cesidian Law). We recognize to Hon. Rev. Cesidio Tallini the leadership for the micronational purpose

...prima di "fasciarsi il capo" (e sebbene loro hanno accolto alcune convenzioni internazionali, da noi ancora in discussione) direi di approfondire e insistere al fine di stipulare un accordo o un trattato (se non di "mutuo riconoscimento") di amicizia e collaborazione reciproca (almeno).

although our states don't share the use of a same auxiliary language, you prefer "Esperanto" respect to "Interlingua", I consider very appropriate to share two foundamental projects:
1) develop a Micronational Market
2) achieve the use of an unique micronational currency.
Therefore, I would like to sign a treaty of friendship and mutual cooperation in order to inform each other about developments and the future successes.

Please travel to our Foreign Policy page on our online Embassy to see the information about treaties. Although TorHavn has elected to continue to observe the treaties which have already been signed, we no longer make formal treaties, etc. with any other nation, in order to be in line with the Montevideo Conventions.

We understand your foreign policy. Like other nations, the Kingdom of TorHavn has accepted the Montevideo Convention. About it Promolands don't expressed its opinion, still.
Anyway, we will continue the correspondence in order to keep alive our relationship and for all those projects which could be a turning point for "the new world" as universally called "the micronationalism".
Particulary, we refer to:
1) trade on a common web platform
2) same micronational-currency or currencies exchangeable each other, based on a real guaranteed value
3) guarantee to all persons the right to believe to their happiness.

In definitiva, accettando la convenzione di Montevideo non c'è più bisogno di un reciproco riconoscimento tra le nazioni, stati o micronazioni dir si voglia.
Ma non vi sembra che, invece, tra le micronazioni è quantomai opportuno che ci sia maggiore compattezza, collaborazione e perchè no "formali reciproci riconoscimenti"?
