Single Union, embassy

Viene data comunicazione che il giorno 19 febbraio 2011 (J:24B2011) e' stato approvato con delibera 26 dell'Alto Consiglio il trattato tra Promolands e Single Union.
L'apertura di questa ambasciata (spazio web messo a disposizione) scaturisce dall'ufficializzazione del trattato di mutuo riconoscimento e che si riporta di seguito, per trasparenza:

TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION BETWEEN THE SINGLE UNION AND THE STATE OF PROMOLANDS

We, the Single Union, represented by the Chairman Yaroslav Mar and High Representative for Foreign Affairs Alexey Lavrov, and the State of Promolands, represented by the President Angel Cherubini, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”, agree to following:

1. Object of the Treaty
1.1. The Single Union recognizes the independence and sovereignty of the State of Promolands, establishes diplomatic relations with the State of Promolands, openes the Embassies of the State of Promolands on the terriroty of member nations of the Single Union.
1.2. The State of Promolands recognizes the integrity of the Single Union as a interstate organization, independence and sovereignty of the member nations of the Single Union, establishes diplomatic relations with the Single Union, openes the Embassies of member nations of the Single Union on it’s territory.

2. Periods of validity
2.1.This Treaty is signed for 3 (three) years, with the possibility of extension, initiated by the Parties.
2.2. This Treaty can be dissolved by either Party, with prior notification, not later than 2 (two) weeks before the planned date of dissolution.

the High Board on the Meeting #6 voted for accepting the State of Promolands as a member nation of SU (see http://republicoflostisland.com/forum/55-48-1). Now you are the member of the Single Union, and should contribute in the Union's life. The Meeting #6 is still continuing, and there are other questions to discuss. We are awaiting your decisions.
And I would like to tell a nutshell about our economics: very soon we'll create an account in ABSU Bank for Promolands. We'll transfer to it 100 Eus, and we'll tell you the PIN code for your account. The PIN is used for bancomat (http://republicoflostisland.com/index/bancomat/0-28). This amount of money recieves each member nation of SU per month. If you wish, you may ask to create other accounts (e.g. your personal account, account for your citizens, state structures etc.). For this please visit the forum of ABSU Bank (http://republicoflostisland.com/forum/35).
After recieving month amount, the member nations form their own budget. So, you may allocate the budget expependituries among your accounts as you wish. And, of course, you may transfer money to other nations accounts, and to accounts of a private persons. For this, please write in the topic http://republicoflostisland.com/forum/35-12-1 (applications for money transfers), or use the bancomat (http://republicoflostisland.com/index/bancomat/0-28).
The economical system may seems to be a bit complicated, and if you have any questions about it, please ask me or our High Representative for Economics (Emperor of the Northern Empire, known on our forum as 'Emperor').

Invito tutti i miei concittadini ad esprimere una loro opinione in merito alla possibilità di estendere la Legge Bilancia alle organizzazioni private straniere e soprattutto in merito ai requisiti che le eventuali nascenti organizzazioni dovrebbero avere per registrarsi ed operare effettivamente sul nostro territorio.

Grazie per gli interventi, ci sono stati d'ausilio. Da ora in avanti anche per dare modo a tutti i cittadini di essere aggiornati riguardo lo svolgimento dei dibattiti verranno resi di pubblico dominio i link all'interno della SU. E' richiesta la comprensione della lingua inglese.

Informo tutti i concittadini che il N:17D2011 ho trasmesso alla SU quanto segue:

By our resolution n°28 on J: 14D2011 has been granted the possibility for foreign organizations to register into Promolands. Their behavior should be equal to that of a private organization in according to the Bilancia Law (concerning public and private organizations).
It was confirmed: 1) all requests should be addressed to the 4° Ufficio Coordinatore (M. L. Bilancia), 2) equal taxation to a private organization, 10% on income generated by selling of unity product or service offered, 3) a purpose and objective not hostile but in accordance with our Constitution, 4) transferring and the possibility of nationalization, in accordance with article 5 of our Consitution, 5) liberty management for opening a virtual place (private organization) into Promolands.

Ciò nel rispetto di quanto deliberato.

M'accorgo tardivamente della richiesta del Ministro Bilancia e cercherò di compensare alla mancanza (sostanzialmente sono l'unico che possa tradurre dall'inglese). Quindi, riporo di sgeuito la traduzione richiesta:

"Con la nostra risoluzione n ° 28 del J: 14D2011 è stata concessa la possibilità per le organizzazioni straniere di registrarsi in Promolands. Il loro comportamento deve essere uguale a quella di un organismo privato in base alla Legge Bilancia (relativa alle organizzazioni pubbliche e private).
E 'stato confermato: 1) tutte le richieste devono essere indirizzate al 4 ° Ufficio Coordinatore (ML Bilancia), 2) un'imposta pari a quella di un organismo privato, il 10% sul reddito generato dalla vendita del prodotto o servizio offerto unità, 3) uno scopo e obiettivo non ostile, ma in linea con la Costituzione, 4) il trasferimento e la possibilità di nazionalizzazione, in linea con l'articolo 5 della nostra Costituzione, 5) la gestione liberty per l'apertura di un luogo virtuale (ente privato) in Promolands".

Now the Chairman has opened the 8th Meeting of the HB SU, and posted on voting the signing of the Treaty with Mnoer Empire - our colleagues from Mnoer are ready to sign it.

Informo tutti i concittadini che in merito alla risoluzione (the High Board has proposed two variants of resolving the Grunkia-Runic conflict, they are located at the page of the Meeting #9) Promolands ha votato la seconda alternativa che riporto di seguito:
Resolution #39 R-21/06/11 -DRAFT II

in connection with the threat of the beginning of armed conflict between the Federal Republic of Grunkia and Runic Empire

1 Establish a moratorium for Grunkia and Runic Empire to carry out any hostile actions against each other Until such time as the dispute lasts
2 Oblige Grunkia to refrain from the use of hostile action on the moratorium period
3 Notify the Runic Empire about abstinence from the use of hostile action on the moratorium period and in cases of violation of the moratorium to read the data of aggression
4 Appoint an authorized representative of the Single Union to determine the true and exact cause of war
5 Instruct Authorized Representative to represent the interests of the Single Union for a peace agreement between warring parties

I also agree but I'd like to know the underlying reasons for this declaration of war. On the Extreme Statement of Captains Regent is written "..was made a criminal attempt of occupation of Lostislandic territories..." but I'm curious to know how (and by what means) this occupation has taken place.
